So let me get this straight...women use a billion dollars more services than men, but you want them charged the same as men. And you call this gender bias? ("gender"...btw, informs the masculine or feminine characteristics of a noun. "sex" is the word you're looking for). I cannot think of a more unfair system. Women, who seem to run to the doctor at every hangnail, or symptom of depression, should very much pay more...just as smokers do. You "need" more healthcare, you pay for more healthcare...not rocket science.
