Hi sardonyxmemoirs,

I can completely relate about not being able to cut out breads from my diet. However, for someone who is used to consuming bread on a daily basis, it is unrealistic to say that you are going to just stop eating them forever. Your goal to a flat belly is more realistic and doable if you say, well I enjoy bread but I do want to cut it out for many reasons.... then list all of the reasons why it would benefit your health and body to cut out carbs. Once you realize that cutting out carbs is something that you REALLY do want to do, cut out the rice, pastas, and then reduce the amount of bread that you eat along with the types of breads that you consume. Cut out the white breads and stick to the whole grains and whole wheat which at least have nutritional value. Then you can continue to reduce carbs on a weekly basis until you have replaced carbs with a healthier alternative.

All the best,

Rosa
