Hi there, i am 24 years old, l live with my boyfriend and i am not on any pills, i keep thinking i am on my periods and keep feeling like my pad is wet, my last period was on the 1st of January, but when i check there is no blood. from Sunday when i pee and wipe the first wipe is brownish spots and when i wipe again and put the tissue in a little its red, and when i do it again there's nothing. i feel a bit of cramps like period pains and my boobs were hurting on Sunday and now they have stopped, i don't know whats happening coz it has never happened before, MY B.F CAN'T HAVE KIDS. and for the past week i have been taking Garcinia Gambogia, liver Detox and Colon Cleansing. in the morning i have hot water and salt and at night i have hot water, lemon and honey and during the day i have green tea. please help. could these be the reasons?
