I can connect with what you said about dealing with our personal problems and our unwillingness to swap with someone else.
I have had my share of challenges but it is all I know because it is my life. I too, have learned to be mindful of the suffering of others because of what I have endured. As dismissive as this may sound, just when you think you have it "bad", someone has it "worse."
