Having good nutrition can be a lot more benefical to help PMS symptoms as well. Having good amount of antioxidants and eating healthier would even make you feel better. If you have severe PMS try to do what you're comfortable don't try to like force yourself in to something your not really in to.

Like for example you feel very moody around your period time, you get sad, feel tired try to keep yourself comfortable to try to cope with it. Listen to music, Have Motrin (ibuprofen), stay in your bedroom try to keep your mind at ease, have some rest etc. These can also be really helpful.

If your PMS symptoms are severe it's always a good idea to see a GYN. Explaining your whole problem to the doctor would also make you feel better because this way you let out what you really want to say and she/he can know what's exactly wrong to help you.

Have a happy health,
Melissa
