I had a similar experience up until I was 7. My mom took me to a dermatologist and I found out I had telangiectasia on my face (it should be visible if your daughter has this). They gave me laser treatment and the frequent nose bleeds stopped (I used to get them daily). If she does have telangiectasia I don’t really think there’s a lot to worry about, however telangiectasia and frequent nose bleeds can also be a sign of HHT so asking your doctor about this may be worth a shot.
