Thanks for sharing all this Marhukh53. I wanted to chime in to add that there are alternatives to taking drugs for your symptoms. While drugs can help, they also have sometimes serious side effects, and unfortunately those aren't always fully explained or even understood.
You do probably have PMS, and you may even have PMDD. You can learn more about how those are diagnosed on my website, below.
There are any number of natural measures that can be very effective for PMS and PMDD symptoms including dietary changes and lifestyle changes, as well as herbal and nutritional supplements.
One advantage of a natural approach is the much lower incidence of side effects; another is that you will be making yourself healthier in the process; yet another is that natural measures address the cause of the problem, which is an underlying hormonal imbalance.
