Hi,I have had 3 anterior and posterior repairs as well as a bi lateral sacro spineous fixation. I am also 40 and am trying for a baby.I sadly m/c on 30th Aug and had a d and c that day. As my uterus has been susspended I have been told that I will feel more stretching in later pregnancy and may have to rest more than most. As for the vaginal walls, they will not tollerate a vaginal delivery. A C-SECTION is the only option. As for further risk of prolapse, the chances are high but a third child would complete my family so further repairs or a hystorectomy would not be an issue, other than an emotional one. My major concern was that I could not conceive again, but I did so I now know pregnancy is possible after multiple surgeries. There is plenty of hope for a fur=ture pregnancy, so keep trying. x
