Hi,
Unusual symptoms can be alarming. I will try to give you information that may help. Swollen lymph nodes usually occur as a result of exposure to bacteria or a virus. Swollen lymph nodes are most commonly noticed in the neck, under the chin, in the armpits and in the groin. There are several symptoms associated with Cushing's disease but swollen lymph nodes are not one of them.
The noise that you describe sounds like a symptom of a possible vestibular disorder The vestibular system includes the parts of the inner ear and brain that help control balance and eye movements,
This is only a guess, so I suggest that you talk to your doctor about both of your symptoms. Your healthcare provider is your best resource for getting a diagnosis and any necessary treatment.
