There was no need to take Postinor 2 because she was not ovulating three days before her period was due to start. No risk for pregnancy.
The bleeding was different because she took the pill, which caused an upset in the normal balance of hormones that control the menstrual cycle.
If she continues to feel dizzy or has any other concerns, she needs to speak with her doctor.
