The physician who prescribed these medications is the person you should be asking these questions.
Metronidazole is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the vagina, stomach, skin, joints, and respiratory tract.
Multi-Gyn Actigel is an over the counter product used to relieve vaginal discomfort such as itching, unpleasant odor, discharge and irritation.
I could find no information to suggest taking Metronidazole and using Multi-Gyn Actigel will decrease the effectiveness of Postinor 2.
