If the condom didn't tear until he pulled it out, then you are safe. Taking Plan B is optional if you feel like it may have torn before he pulled out completely, or you may have accidentally gotten sperm inside of you. If you're supposed to get your period on the 8th and you have a regular cycle, I would save my money and not even worry about taking Plan B. Again, I wasn't there so don't know exactly what happened but if you have a 28 day cycle and ovulate at or around 14 days, then this incident would've occurred way after ovulation anyhow.
