I was on prilesec for months and then Pepcid AC. Neither one resolved the ulcer and that is why they wanted to do this specialized endoscopy. My doctors have not received the results from the hospital and therefore can't discuss the status of my gastro tract with me. I got a preliminary report that I am trying to fax my gastric guy but we seem to be playing phone tag. Yes the five days does seem like a long time but I have no choice. Thanks for your response.
