Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. I understand the desire to not feel "numb". I have been on Prozac (post partum depression). I think the key thing is if you think you don't need it anymore. Do you think you have dealt with your panic disorder and anxiety? Do you have a plan in place in case your symptoms come back? It is recommended to taper off from this medication, especially given how long you've been on it. This is from the product information: "If you have been taking this medicine for several weeks, talk with healthcare provider before stopping. You may want to gradually withdraw this medicine."
