Thank you for your question and for joining EmpowHER. How great you are taking responsibility and driving toward your goal to reach the beach in great shape! It no doubt will be a tough road, but you can do it, and we are here to inspire and support you along the way. We have many great weight loss resources on the website for you if you want to check out articles on Diet & Nutrition, Diet or Fitness Groups, Wellness & Exercise articles too.
I have heard that if you realize the effort it will take to reach your goal and are forthright on attaining that goal, you will achieve it. Is there a particular program for diet or exercise you are following? Involve your kids if you can, so they can see mama being healthy, and working hard to reach a goal. I think it will be good for them. They also are brutally honest about keeping us on track, aren't they? They will let you know if hey see you deviate from your path.
In regard to your specific question, if you are able to work out every day, you absolutely can do it. I also have heard that it is a good idea to let areas of your body rest in between workouts, so if you are doing an abdominal workout today, try doing legs, or arms tomorrow. The variety also may help you to keep at it and not get bored. Let us know what other information you need.
