Any time you have unprotected sex you can become pregnant, but signs and symptoms are not usually instantaneous, and abdominal pain is not typically a sign of pregnancy.
I have seen some new pregnancy tests advertise that they can confirm pregnancy a week before your period. I don't know if that claim is accurate or not. At any rate, you may or may not be pregnant, but I don't think you are having symptoms of pregnancy. They may be PMS symptoms.
