This was not dry humping. Without his penis being inserted in your vagina and no ejaculation, you were not at risk for becoming pregnant and do not need to take Plan B.
Now, if he had an ejaculation while you were still on top of him, there could have been a chance that some semen got on your pubic area? Did this happen? If not, you are okay.
