You are right that physical therapy sometimes works and probably should be tried by anyone suffering with a frozen shoulder. But as seen on this message board it doesn't always work. I personally went through PT and got some results. Time was the better healer and although I do not have full range of motion, I am pain free. Because of immune deficiencies, I got another shot this past flu season, making sure the needle was put in a lot lower on the arm and I had no problems!
