Reach out to your gynecologist about this.

The bleeding after taking the morning after pill showed that it was effective and you did not become pregnant.

The following period, which was shorter and flow was lighter, could have presented this way because of the pill.

I cannot explain why you noticed blood two weeks after your last period. That is why I think you should speak with your doctor.
