Okay, so if you're looking to get rid of your PR (which i'm sure you are) - follow these steps and it should do it, of course it worked on me, but i can't gurantee it will work on you - but theres no harm in trying. My PR was gradually getting worse and worse after a couple of weeks, untill i figured out the cure - i inititally thought it would keep spreading and last months.

Step 1 - If you haven't already been, get yourself to the doctors. This will make sure you actually have PR instead of diagnosing yourself, tell the doctor that you think you have PR. If they do diagnose you, 95% of them will tell you there is absoutely nothing that can be done and 'nature' is the only way to cure it, leaving you depressed and hopeless - THIS IS A LIE! Do not listen to these doctors.

Step 2 - Go and buy E45 Bath oil. Depending on how quickly you want PR to start fading, you should bath every night in it. You don't need any other bubble bath or soap as this will take care of it for you. If you dont have a bath or dont want to bath, then tip some onto a sponge and soak yourself in it.

Step 3 - Go and buy Head and Shoulders anti dandruff shampoo. Obviously you can use this to wash your hair, but heres the important part.. Assuming you shower everyday, cover a sponge in the shampoo and rub against all parts of the PR. Im no scientist, but i hear the shampoo has a specialised formula to dry up rashes and help them dissapear.

Step 4 - Go and buy coconut oil. Use this 2 or 3 times a day and apply mainly after showering or bathing, covering your whole body in it to stop the spreading. Try and leave your clothes off for a while to let the oil settle into your skin.

Additional steps:

You can also try these which will help to fade PR

- SLEEP! Get as much sleep as you can
- Sun - Now this is important, if the sun is out, go bath in it! If its not, do NOT go on a tanning sunbed no matter what anyone says. This can be dangerous and will not help the PR in the longrun.

I had PR for a couple of weeks untill it really started to bother me, so i took these steps and they started to fade the same day i started this treatment. It has been about a week since i started the treatment and most of the spots have completely gone, the ones that haven't are very dim.

I hope this helps, as i understand how terribly frustrating and depressing PR is, but remember, when theres a will theres a way! Stay positive.
