"the unsexiest vegetable" Celery? Really? Hmmm... it's firm and long and even naturally ribbed, usually wet. It does well with cream cheese on top though it seems to favor Philly. I suppose the fact that celery are "stalkers" makes them a bit scary though. Give them enough time and they'll leave. As for the leaves themselves... well, they've said too much already. They're in the soup now!
