Hi KWootton-

Learning this discharge stuff can be confusing! You've always had it but never before paid attention to it, and you don't know what's what. I remember those days well.

Thrush is a yeast/candida infection. That is usually not a creamy discharge. For lack of a better way to describe it, it's more like cottage cheese. You would also most likely be itchy and uncomfortable. We have some information here on the site about charting for fertility: https://www.empowher.com/news/herarticle/2009/10/20/fertility-charting-101 I also found an info sheet from Mayo Clinic: http://www.mayoclinic.com/print/how-to-get-pregnant/PR00103/METHOD=print

I could throw more links at you but I have a feeling you've already checked a lot of them. In my experience, it just takes time to figure out what your body is doing. As you go through the month paying attention you will notice the changes in secretions, and when the next month comes it will be more apparent to you what is happening.

Remember too, people have been getting pregnant for thousands of years. It happens every day, whether you check secretions or not. So try to have some fun as well as being scientific!

Good luck.
