Yes, it's really too early for even early signs of pregnancy. Often when we are really truly paying attention to everything going on with our body, we notice things we wouldn't ordinarily notice and we think they must be signs of something.
Most women with early signs of pregnancy don't start feeling them until about two weeks after ovulation, around the time that they would ordinarily have their periods. That's why pregnancy tests are only reliable when you've missed a period. In fact many times that missed period is the very FIRST symptom of a pregnancy and the other symptoms (morning sickness, etc) don't start happening until a little while later.
Try to chill and not stress too much while you wait for your period, OK? Extra stress can delay it even more. And if the date comes and goes with no period, do take an HPT to find out what's going on, OK?
