Same here. I was diagnosed with Fuchs’ dystrophy. Pre cataract surgery the cataract “hid” the starburst. Post cataract surgery I had capsular wrinkle that acts like a plano (cylindrical) lens that caused a slash or spike - that also “hid” the starbursts (plano lense effect focused starburst spikes into the single spike). Post YAG - starbursts - cannot drive at night now. Dr says no reason he knows should cause this and I am just being oversensitive and will get used to it (bad case of CYA and ignorance/arrogance)
