I'm not implying that it is a fact. It's just a mere observation. The foreskin protects it but it also serves as a place to trap those dirt inside. I just said that because I happen to visit the Philippines and they have all these programs about circumcision and frankly, I have nothing against it. My bad for generalizing them as Asian countries. One question, so do you think it's better if a man is circumcised or not?
