The problem with this argument is that none of it is true--only an assumption. Simple rinsing is sufficient to clean a normal penis.
The rates of infections is the same as, or lower in intact countries than in circumcising countries.
The only Asian countries that promote circumcision are Malaysia (Muslim) Korea, and the Philippines--and these are only a SMALL fraction of the people in Asia.
