HCG Simply!
Make sure you read the manual. Dr Simeon's weightloss protocol. When done to his directions you will lose and be SUPER successful! I am in my 3rd round of HCG injections on the 500 cal a day protocol and it's Friday (I started Mon) and I am already down 17lbs!!! That's in less than 7 days!! No joking around!! DOn't get me wrong, any weightloss is good weightloss, but if you are doing HCG it should be coming off a lot faster, and you should lose a lot more!! I've been looking online and it seems a lot of people are making changes and deciding what is safe and not safe to eat and do. I for one have never done any B12 shots or anything extra, I just don't believe it's necessary to lose the weight. The diet should be 34lbs or 40 shots of HCG whichever comes first. You should never go longer than that because you will build up a tolerance to the HCG and it won't work in the future. I usually lose 34lbs in 28 days, and as per his instuction I always skip a day of the shot once a week. I have multiple rounds to go to get to my goal weight, but I take Dr. simeons direction to the letter. I have a pretty set meal plan and I do not vary from it AT ALL. I take 25cc or less depending on how much weight I'm losing, because with this diet sometimes less HCG is more, it really depends on the person doing it. Also I feel it's important to realize that this siet is for the obese not really for people just wanting to drop a few pounds. If you only have 15lbs to lose it will work much slower because the fat reserve is smaller.
I do my shot around the same time each day weighing before my shot and after a pee. I always write it down in my weightloss journal so I can keep track of when I started and how much I've lost.
My meals consist of the following and the ingredients don't change. However, you never want to eat exactly the same meal twice in one day, so change your veggie or fruit.
500grams of chicken, shrimp, halibut, crab (I have friends that will have beef, but it's usually the cheap kind because it's leaner) I have never eaten beef on this diet, I wait for phase 3.
1 apple with each meal or a handful of strawberries. The apple should be medium in size.
1 melba toast (the original plain kind, no flavorings)
1cup spinach, brocolli, or salad I make my own dressing using 1tbl aple cider vinegar salt pepper and half a stevia packet to make a vinegrette.
You can drink teas(but check the ingredients some have sugars and such) feel free to make it an iced and add a little stevia and lemon it's good!

And of course lots and lots and lots of water. I try to make it a practice to keep water with me at all times while doing the protocol. I like iced water and have never noticed a difference in weightloss.
You can season your food with salt pepper, vinegar, apple cider vinegar,lemon and any fresh herb, cilantro, basil ect. Be careful of pre made seasonings as they tend to have oils in them. Check your garilc powder in the cupboard...yup oil! If you must use a sweetner use stevia as Splenda is made from sugar.
You are not to have any oils or fats or anything other than what Dr. Simeons tells you. His manual has a few more variations, but this is the pattern I've done and had lots of success! As I said 34lbs in 28 days.
I use chopped frozen brocolli, canned spinach. I prefer Fuji apple as they are a bit sweeter than the others. I buy the private selection canned crab and keep them in the fridge so they are ready to go.
I DO NOT WORK OUT! 1 hour of walking per day is all that is recommended, but I actually lose weight without even doing that! If you work out too hard you will gain muscle mass and it will affect your results.
Also, I will ocasionally, ocasionally mind you, use a very small amount of Walden Farms thousand island or BBQ sauce when I need a little something extra, and it hasn't seemed to alter my results.
This weightloss protocol should be taken very seriously, if you cheat plan on losing 3 days off your diet and weightloss. If you stop losing weight for more than 3days on the protocol you can do an apple day, which consists of 6 apple at any time you choose but no more for the course of the day and nothing else. You should only do an apple day if you haven't lost weight and need to get back on track.
You must eat no starch no sugar for 3 weeks after you've reached 34lbs or 40 shots.
After round 1 and you've done the 3 weeks no starch no sugar, you take 6 weeks off before your next round. If your weight ever goes up more than 3 lbs during your 6 weeks off you do a steak day. This is where you don't eat all day and then eat the biggest steak you can fit in your belly, this will usually correct the problem.
This is how I do it. I think it simplifys the protocol and keeps me on track. Not on this site per say, but on other sites I'm not quite sure where people are getting their information. Clinics are now opening up and make a ton f money off of people, but the truth of the matter is you don't need them. I purchase my HCG from Europe from a legitimate company and it's shipped over. It's not FDA aproved in the USA so people claiming to have foud it on store shelves suprises me and I wouldn't trust it authenticity.

You want to keep you body clean during the protocol. No chemicals, no haircolor ect. You can use conditioner in the shower but rinse immedietly. No lotions oils or anything of the like on your skin while doing it.
