I received the flu shot 3 days ago, in the early afternoon. By late evening experienced severe low back pain which radiated to the shoulder blades, accompanied with spasms. The pain has continued ever since, moving to places on either side of my spine. At times can’t sit and stand for lengthy intervals and feel a sciatica-like pain down my leg.
Does anyone who experienced similar symptoms know how long the pains and spasms will last. Also, are there any home remedies to cure the pain, rather then resorting to pain killers.
