I'm so sorry that you've dealt with PCOS for so long and that it's caused you so much trouble (though I am joyful for you that you were able to have two children!)
I'm very concerned right now about your bloating and your pain. Is your doctor recommending that you have your ovaries removed?
With a strong family history of ovarian cancer, you surely know what a silent, nasty disease it is. Might it be that after you had your ovaries removed that you'd be able to get the weight under control and perhaps deal with the hormone changes with bio-identical hormone therapy?
How old are you, Anon? When was the last time you saw your doctor about this?
