Hello Remy.

It sounds like you are suffering with constipation. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Add more fiber to your diet. Eat more fruits and vegetables, along with whole grains products, like oatmeal.

If you still have problems, talk with your doctor about stool softeners or a laxative.
