I'm just going to start trying to add the Anti-Inflammatory foods to my diet and see how that goes. I can't see how you can totally eliminate sugars since many good foods break down into sugars anyways.I'm not sure i can completely eliminate processed foods but i can sure limit the intake.Thank you for your response and ideas.Peace and God's love to you.
