One of my friends is a nurse who works in infectious disease control where I live. She said they are having a large number of reactions in the people they give this shot to. She said there are 5 preservatives in the shots that they strongly suspect are causing the problems. She also said that there are a large number of preservatives in this flu shot.
I found that doing physical therapy got much of the pain and stiffness out of my neck and shoulder. It made the pain in my arm much worse. My doctor thinks the shoulder and neck pain were caused by holding my aching arm in an unnatural, protective position for too long; which led to connected muscles getting out of whack.
