Thanks Diane, yes it is pretty hard to stay within that about of calorie intake. I dont know think it has taken into account of me working out two hours everyday because i didnt add it. So i guess i better rework my plan to include it. But i am hoping that i will be able to show off my hard work by christmas, so wish me luck.
