You are right when you say to be careful. I've never had a problem with diet pills. I took Release back when it had ephedrine and now ephedrine has been banned. It hurt some people while others took it with no problems. That goes with anything. I have found it to work, but I wouldn't want my husband to take it because he already has high blood pressure.
