I could not find definitive information except that Plan B can cause changes in a woman's menstrual cycle. Plan B can cause a period to be lighter or heavier, earlier or later than a normal period. If you had a period after taking Plan B and did not have unprotected sex after that period, then it is unlikely that you could be pregnant. I am concerned that you have not had a period for almost 2 months. I suggest that you contact your doctor and speak to him or her about what has happened. Since you are young, I don't know how Plan B has affected the rhythm of your menstrual cycle. That is why you should seek medical advice from your doctor.
