Let me first say that I'm sorry for all you've been through, but am so happy that you had your brain tumor removed and are looking forward to the future!
Is there a reason why you are worried that removal of the tumor would affect your ability to get pregnant?
Getting pregnant has to do with hormones, your ovaries and uterus. I am assuming that all of these areas are still fine for you? In that case, yes, you should still be able to get pregnant.
Was your brain surgery in a place where the doctors expect it to affect your hormones?
Are you still menstruating and ovulating as you were before your surgery?
