Do you suspect that there are any longterm heart issues? I think I had some generalized swelling and I too felt tight in the chest and my BP was higher, anxiety, joint pain, etc. etc. My concerns though are that there will be lasting heart and lung affects (rheumatoid arthritis as a result of mirena). Glad you're feeling better. I am too after its removal.
