You can't get pregnant from dry humping. In that regard, relax. What concerns me is the weight loss. Were you trying to lose weight? That definitely can affect your period. And it's not good for you to have secondary amenorrhea caused by weight loss. You may need to see a doctor. Please come back and update us, or get in to see a doctor.
