The bleeding you're experiencing is more than likely breakthrough bleeding from taking the EC. Did you read that article about EC? In case you missed it, here it is, so you know what to expect: Emergency Contraception Update, 2010
In the future, you may want to consult with a doctor about these things, not a friend. You also may want to have your boyfriend pick up some condoms, or ask the doctor about getting on regular birth control so you don't put yourself at unnecessary risk for pregnancy and have to stress about it again.
