Thank you for being here. I know you must be scared. You may want to get in to see a doctor now that you are sexually active--you can ask them about birth control and getting tested for any possible STD/STIs. If it hasn't been 72 hours since you had intercourse, you can take emergency contraception. Here is an article about how emergency contraception works:

Anytime you have sex and don't use a condom, spermicide, birth control pills, withdrawal, or any other method of birth control, you increase your risk for getting pregnant. The surest sign of not being pregnant is getting your period. It generally takes 10-14 days following a intercourse event to know if you are pregnant or not. If you miss your period, you can take a home pregnancy test, or request a test from your doctor. Here is an article about that so you can educate yourself and be prepared next time:
