I'm not very familiar with Idoz-72 but I believe it may work the same way that other emergency contraceptives are used. If she took it before 72 hours after unprotected sex then she may have a good chance of not being pregnant. However, you will have to wait until her next period comes to find out. If she's late or misses her period then she can test for pregnancy.
