Whatever "stench" you are referring to could be a hygiene issue, or it could signal an infection of some kind. If it really is what you and she would call a foul smell, she may need to get in to see a doctor to determine if she has a bacterial infection that needs treatment.
In regard to the "white liquid," it is normal for both men and women to secrete fluid when engaging in sexual intercourse. It also is normal for a woman to have vaginal or cervical discharge throughout her menstrual cycle. The discharge may be milky in consistency, or it may be more like egg whites in consistency. This is just like how her period flow may be different, ranging from thick and dark in color, or light and pink in hue. All are normal.
