ANYTIME you have unprotected sex, you are at risk for getting pregnant or STDs, no matter how many times you've already ejaculated, you still have sperm in it. The surest way to know if you are pregnant is a missed period and pregnancy test. Generally speaking, a pregnancy test can be taken once the period is missed. Some suggest waiting a week after the missed period to take the test. If your gf does miss her period, you also can make an appointment with a doctor to have her receive a blood test to verify a pregnancy. Doctors also can test for STDs if you need that too.
If you plan to be sexually active now, it's a good idea for your gf to get an appointment with a doctor to get checked out, ask questions about sex and reproductive health (don't be embarrassed, it's their job--they're there to help you), and discuss birth control options (such as birth control pills), and/or you need to pick up some condoms and maybe some spermicide to help protect against pregnancy. If you're old enough to fool around, you're old enough to be responsible about it and protect your gf from unwanted pregnancy and both of you from STDs.
