There is little chance that you could be pregnant. To become pregnant, one ovary must release a mature egg (ovulation) and the egg must be fertilized by sperm (fertilization). When you are having your period, ovulation has passed and the lining of the uterus is being shed.
You are probably experiencing premenstrual symptoms.
