This happened to my 2 year od Granddaughter. She had multiple and painful tests performed just to find out that she was sensitive to artificial sweeteners. We found aspartame in her chewable vitamins, chewing gum and liquid Motrin. Eliminated all artificial sweeteners. Problem solved.
