Does he smoke? I'm not a doctor, but I can tell you from personal experience that it's a sex driver killer for men. Not only does it reduce motivation for sex (and just about anything that doesn't involve sitting on his @$$), it also reduces blood circulation, which "softens" up the sex drive, if you know what I mean.
