Well the way I see it, there isn't much point of having an IUD if you aren't having sex!? It's used to prevent pregnancy but you have to have sex to get pregnant. So if it is killing the sex drive, she should look at getting it removed and using another method. The Mirena is great for a lot of people - but not for everyone, and it isn't the only method out there.
