I've had the Mirena in for a very long time now. The symptoms mentioned now makes perfect sense as I am definitely not feeling myself anymore. I have absolutely no sex drive, feel anxious and depressed, experience pain during sex, am permanently tired, have headaches more often and I am constantly walking around like a lioness ready to bite! Thank goodness I have such an awesome hubby, he's been great and so patient with me. Time to sort this out......

I have just made an appointment with my gynecologist to get it removed as I don't like the person I have become. Condoms it is till we can figure out what to do but clearly the symptoms are far too similar and clear to ignore.
