Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. As you know, anytime you forget to take your pills it increases your risk of getting pregnant. When you forget, it's always a good idea to use a backup method (like condoms, spermicide, or withdrawal), especially if you forget often. If you find you are forgetting a lot, you may want to call your doctor to see if maybe a different form of birth control may be right for you.
The important thing right now though, is getting back on track with your pills, and not putting yourself at future risk.
