I had cryo surgery for precancerous cervical cells on February 9th. Three days after that I got really sick and couldn't figure out why. I tried to ignore it as long as possible but bythe next Friday (Feb 19th) it was really bad. I went to the ER where I was told I would have to have emergecy surgery for a ruptured appendix. When they opened my stomach they found that it had been ruptured for about a week and was gangrenous. I was in the hospital for a little over a week on didlaudil, percocet, and morphine. I was also on some heavy duty IV antibiotics. While in the hospital I started my period a few days early, which the Dr. said was common after surgery. I was discharged and sent home with a ten day supply of antibiotics and warned that it way interfere with my birth control (Lo Estrin FE) Since I was still in to much pain to even consider having sex my husband and I decided that it would make sense to not even bother taking the pill that month. (I'd been on the pill for a year and a half before that) I had a completly normal period that started March 30th and was unremarkable. I started my pill up again right after that. However I did miss a pill on April 19th and one on the 24th both in week three. I didn't "double up" the next day because that always makes me sick and I just end up throwing them both up. My period was due on April 28th (it's now May 6th) and it never showed. What are the chances I could be pregnant?
